How assessd works
These screenshots show you how assessd works step-by-step. For a more in-depth exploration we'd recommend signing up for free, taking one of our sample tests and having a poke around. Sample tests give you full access to our back-end systems so you can see just how easy assessd is to use. (Oh, and we let you test your friends & co-workers in all sorts of weird and wonderful ways!).

1. Customise your test
To create a test simply add competencies into your test using our test builder. We have competencies to test for a wide-range of roles and skill sets. If some skills are more important to your role than others you can easily increase the importance placed on key areas competencies.

2. Insert your candidate details
Once you've built your test, tell us the names and email addresses of the candidates you would like to test, purchased some tokens are we send out your assessments.

3.Test your candidates
Candidates receive an email and link to our testing interface so they can sit the test you have created. We then let you know once an assessment has been completed.

4. Compare test results
So you can choose the best candidate for the job we provide detailed reports about each candidates' test results including overall score, competency based breakdowns, time taken and more.
